  • This qualification involves the skills and knowledge to work in the arboriculture industry, as a climbing arborist, EWP arborist and environmental arborist.

    To complete this qualification, successful performance of the following arboriculture must be achieved: shaping and canopy management, tree health and remediation, environmental and habitat development, to tree dismantling and removal.

    The work involves high risk operations either working at heights or conducting support works to individuals working above ground. Work practices operate are paramount to a strict safety regime to protect workers and public.

Micro Qualification

We have broken the full Qualification into sections, to be completed as blocks of units. This allows to students to successfully complete each block, have breaks and when compiled the qualification is achieved.

This also allows flexibility around elective selection and duration.

    These units are large and require extensive training for novice Arborist.

    Fortnightly blocks of training to ensure the skills and confidence to safely and successfully complete units.
